The program is delivered in a hybrid learning format and combines self-paced content with small group interactive learning opportunities.

Returning councillor program

This flagship program is designed to support returning councillors magnify their impact. It covers hot button topics like social media and leading in times of uncertainty. It is also a refresh on the core competencies of being a councillor. The program is delivered in a hybrid format with three expert facilitators.

Online masterclass series

Building on the basics covered in our foundation modules, the masterclasses are for new and experienced councillors who want to sharpen skills or knowledge in a particular area. The interactive masterclasses take a deep dive into a specific topic and are an opportunity to learn with your peers.

Foundation modules

Our foundation modules are bite sized learning chunks on topics that matter most to you as a local councillor. These can be completed individually at any time and in any order. Pick and choose content to match your needs and your stage in the learning journey.
