What content is included?
Once you enrol, you’ll have ongoing access to all eight audio tools. You can revisit them as often as you like to refresh your practice and keep building your mindfulness skills.
Who should enrol?
This course is open to new and returning councillors across Australia and beyond. It is suitable for councillors new to mindfulness or those wanting to deepen their practices.
What does “self-led” mean?
You can complete the course at your own pace, in your own time. There are no live sessions to attend, so you can fit the learning around your schedule.
How long will the course take to complete?
The course is flexible. Each audio tool is around 5-7 minutes, and you can listen at a time that suits you. Many councillors use them as a reset before meetings or at the end of a busy day.
What makes this course relevant to councillors specifically?
There are alot of free mindfulness resources out there. But this is only resource we know of that is 100% curated to needs local lgovernment councillors.
Who pays for the course?
Councillors may be able to access a professional development budget through their council. You are also able to enrol in our courses using your own funds.
How long do I have access to the course?
Once you enrol, you’ll have lifetime access to all the materials so you can revisit them anytime.
Do I get extra support if I need it?
This course is self-led. If you want to access one to one coaching to supplement your mindfulness practices, this is an additional cost.
